Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure excellent in-store execution through implementation of the “perfect store” approach to grow demand and market share.
  • •Develop sales in value with HM/SM clients via optimization of negotiated assortments, premiumization, and innovation.
  • •Collect and share reporting inputs (prices, shelf/space, new products, operations, competition) and analyze action performance with digital tools.
  • •Implement agreed actions with retailer partners and secure counterparty benefits (categorical approach, order follow-ups, TG/MEA relays).
  • •Implement digital strategy using digital tools and best-practice communication; act as an ambassador for Pernod Ricard and its brands with responsible behavior.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+2 to 5 education level (BAC +2 / 5).
  • •Knowledge of product and brand strategy.
  • •Ability to structure and prioritize commercial approach.
  • •Sales techniques and ability to adapt negotiations quickly and take initiative.
  • •Advanced English and strong knowledge of digital tools.
