Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead investigations of potential violations of global trade laws and internal policies.
  • •Analyze allegations and investigation findings to determine regulatory and external reporting requirements and draft disclosures and reports for government agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with Global Compliance and company stakeholders to provide investigation status updates and report on trends, compliance risks, and corrective actions.
  • •Assist in the development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of policies, standard work, and processes for investigations and disclosures.
  • •Promote RTX Speak Up culture and maintain heightened awareness of the Code of Ethics, acting with integrity at all times.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant global trade experience
  • •Barreau du Québec member in good standing

  • •Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian export control and sanctions regulations
  • •Experience conducting witness interviews and drafting disclosures for regulatory agencies
