Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage retail, commercial, and corporate office fit-out projects across the full lifecycle, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, furniture installation, IT coordination, commissioning, move management, and close-out.
  • •Deliver workplace transformation initiatives such as tenant improvements, office relocations, consolidations, and occupied-space renovations while ensuring compliance and minimizing operational disruption.
  • •Review construction drawings/specifications to identify risks, gaps, and constructability issues; coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, property managers, and authorities to ensure compliance.
  • •Manage procurement strategies and commercial/contract activities, including tenders, contract administration, cost monitoring, change control, and payment processing.
  • •Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and team members, maintain project documentation, and deliver updates/reports to senior client representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive experience managing construction projects with leadership responsibility.
  • •Experience delivering retail or commercial and/or corporate fit-out projects.
  • •A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related fields.
  • •PMP certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • •Strong technical ability to read, understand, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
