•Delight customers by ensuring orders are delivered with high quality, executing orders accurately, and communicating with customers when issues arise.
•Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the escalation point for daily operations.
•Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, lead by example and engage in professional interactions with team members and customers.
•Help improve operations by contributing ideas to enhance quality and customer experience.
