Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend and engage in daily stand-ups; maintain sprint tasks and keep work updated in project tracking tools
  • •Attend weekly team meetings, project syncs, and manager 1:1s to stay aligned on priorities and progress
  • •Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine requirements, clarify scope, and deliver technical solutions
  • •Collaborate with other engineers, team members, and external partners across teams and time zones
  • •Participate in on-call rotation to respond to and triage production issues

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software development experience
  • •BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • •Proficient in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, PHP, C#, Node.js, React.js, Python, or Ruby
  • •Strong understanding of software design principles and testing methodologies
  • •Comfortable acting as a technical expert and guiding junior engineers; experience providing product support and troubleshooting in production environments
