Job Summary

Drive the maturation of global capabilities by designing, implementing, and continuously improving operating models, governance, service management disciplines, and operational excellence for a growing global organization. Lead transformation from large-scale initiatives into stable, scalable, sustainable operations, partnering with Enterprise Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Transformation, and LOB leaders. Oversee service reliability, quality, SLA/SLO attainment, incident/risk management, stabilization, and continuous improvement of GCC services.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and translate operating requirements into process capabilities in support of LOB business and product goals.
•Develop process workflows and specifications, supporting deployment into production and aligning with user stories and EPICS.
•Manage implementation plans, including training roll-out support and establishment of measures, metrics, and SLA’s.
•Use analytics, control approaches, and statistical control charts to evaluate process performance and drive countermeasures.
•Lead process improvement efforts to reduce cycle times, improve quality and throughput, and deliver measurable ROI through transformation/change proposals.
