Store Manager responsible for creating an elevated client experience, driving luxury sales, and leading a retail team. Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
•Lead by example and have an ability to influence team members to complete job duties effectively; delegate tasks clearly and effectively; develop both short term and long-term strategies; display a strong sense of initiative as well as time management and calendar planning skills.
•Training and Developing: Help teach others training content through consistent roleplay and coaching; demonstrate openness to new ideas and concepts while quickly learning and applying to the job; coaching and feedback: articulate strengths, goals and opportunities; utilize tools for 360-degree coaching; networking and recruiting: build bench strength and succession plans.
•Exercise strong written and verbal skills; adapt communication to team and stakeholders; promote organizational goals and adapt to change; deescalate situations; collaborate with peers and corporate partners.
•Operations and Compliance: Manage store schedule, timecards and payroll; monitor shipments, transfers and price changes; plan and organize store inventory; analysis and decision making: solve challenges with sound judgement; adhere to policies; manage daily store operations.
