Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable implementations. Provide technical leadership for junior consultants, customize/configure ServiceNow using best practices, and integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers. Support pre-sales activities such as solutioning, demos, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and maintain platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools; conduct code reviews and performance tuning while ensuring security and compliance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Required certifications: CSA plus at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD (Junior); or CSA plus at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD (Intermediate); or CAS plus at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD (Senior).
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
