Lead On’s new Seoul store for its Direct-to-Consumer team, overseeing all store operations from inventory to IT systems, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

•Lead store operations, oversee inventory management and BoH/FoH processes to ensure optimal stock levels and exceptional customer service.
•Hire and manage schedules for all store advisors, collaborate with Talent for payroll, onboarding, career progression and recruiting.
•Establish and build external partnerships to boost community engagement.
•Take responsibility for store performance and monitor relevant store KPIs to drive business growth.
•Pilot, innovate, and implement new retail solutions; work with sales planning and retail marketing to optimize the sales funnel and visual merchandising.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting, including 2 years of managerial responsibilities.
•Operational retail experience in a premium, sports, tech, and / or fashion environment is a strong plus.
•Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, hospitality, and communication skills.
•Ability to read, write, and speak Korean and English.
•Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
