Job Summary

Provide consistent passenger services across designated landside and airside areas, ensuring safe, friendly, efficient, and professional handling in line with Sharjah Aviation Services standards and airline/airport procedures. Support check-in/boarding, ticketing, lost and found, visa-related assistance, and transfer desk activities. Perform baggage tracing using World Tracer and BSS systems, coordinate with outstations and relevant departments, handle unclaimed baggage processes, and maintain accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide passenger services across landside and airside areas, including meet and assist, check-in/boarding, ticketing, boarding gates, and transfer desk support.
•Handle lost and found and visa services, including visa check and documentation/procedure support for relevant passenger activities.
•Use World Tracer and BSS systems to create reports, trace mishandled baggage, and update records with forwarding and delivery information.
•Coordinate with outstations and relevant internal departments (e.g., claims) to confirm baggage updates and manage missing baggage cases for settlement.
•Maintain health and safety compliance, perform shift handovers, ensure housekeeping/uniform standards, and keep baggage storage areas organized while preparing unclaimed baggage for disposal.

Key Requirements

•High school or equivalent experience with computer literacy.
•Excellent knowledge of Hala Services and airline products.
•Strong customer service skills with teamwork and a focus on customer satisfaction.
•Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures in a safe and secure environment per airport authorities and airline regulations.
•Effective communication with colleagues, outstations, and government departments (security, customs, police).
