Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain detailed 3D models of mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, heating, smoke extraction) using Autodesk Revit.
  • •Generate 2D drawings and construction documents (plans, sections, details) from 3D models.
  • •Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
  • •Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle across all design stages.
  • •Assist with BIM standards, templates, and families, prepare QA/QC checklists, and support BIM coordination meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling for mechanical systems.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • •Experience with ACC / BIM360 and ISO 19650 workflows.
  • •Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, or other advanced BIM tools.
