Job Summary

The Technical Advisor is a post-sales cybersecurity expert who manages assigned customer accounts, guides adoption and operationalization of TrendAI security platform, and collaborates with Sales to drive renewals and growth. You will advise on security architecture, threat detection, and best practices, ensuring measurable value, strong customer relationships, and improved security maturity for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary post-sales owner for assigned customer accounts, lead ongoing engagement to ensure alignment with security and business priorities, and manage the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption planning, success planning, executive business reviews, adoption monitoring, health management, and renewal support.
•Build trusted relationships with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and IT leadership; proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting satisfaction, adoption, or retention.
•Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to customers; provide guidance on security architecture, threat detection strategies, and operational best practices; conduct architecture discussions and technical reviews for effective deployment of TrendAI.
•Drive adoption and optimization of TrendAI capabilities (XDR, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity protection, AI-driven threat detection) to deliver measurable value and ROI.
•Identify customer challenges and threats, engage stakeholders to understand operational and strategic security needs, develop solutions leveraging TrendAI, and collaborate with Sales to expand platform usage and footprint.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as security architect, security consultant, security engineer, technical account manager, or technical advisor.
•Strong understanding of endpoint security, XDR/SOC operations, cloud security, identity security, and network security architecture.
•Experience working directly with enterprise security teams and CISOs.
•Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
•Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
