Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.
  • •Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and embody the brand values as a brand ambassador.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores on service evaluation through NPS.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy and controls via regular cycle counts and oversight of inbound/outbound inventory, and track BOH fulfillment and mis-pulls.
  • •Contribute to loss prevention and support training, onboarding, weekly workflows, and merchandising standards.
