Job Summary

Lead and evolve Storyblok’s global partner strategy across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to drive pipeline, revenue growth, and partner-enabled opportunities. Build and scale a worldwide partner ecosystem, Recruit and enable partners, and align cross-regional teams with Sales, Marketing, and Product in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the global partner strategy and execution plan to generate pipeline and revenue growth across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
•Define and evolve the global partner program with tiering, incentives, and enablement frameworks that scale across markets.
•Identify and prioritize strategic partners (solution providers, digital agencies, and system integrators) aligned with Storyblok’s target account approach globally.
•Represent the global partner business in executive discussions, influencing investment, enablement, and program direction, while aligning regional teams for a cohesive motion.
•Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership, serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related matters, and champion partner success across regions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,100 - 205,000 annually

•10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
•Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs and delivering partner-sourced revenue growth on a global scale.
•Experience leading and developing distributed, cross-regional teams.
•Strong network of agency, system integrator, and technology partners in the digital experience / CMS / e-commerce space (preferred).
•Strategic thinker with the ability to translate global vision into executable, regionally-relevant go-to-market plans.
