Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly reporting and analysis so business owners receive timely and accurate procurement performance insights.
  • •Support initiatives to improve working capital related to supplier payment terms for Direct Procurement.
  • •Assist with monthly review of vendor rebates with procurement and booking accruals for the Controlling team.
  • •Prepare ad hoc internal reporting and material cost analysis for Procurement Finance teams.
  • •Update performance report models and provide associated support to Procurement Finance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related study.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Highly motivated with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to follow tasks through to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
