Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end contract management support across the contract lifecycle, including contract review, drafting, negotiation, administration, governance, change management, and risk mitigation.
  • •Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as a trusted advisor on contractual matters including SOWs, amendments, renewals, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
  • •Identify and mitigate contractual, financial, operational, and compliance risks while ensuring alignment with company policies and contracting principles.
  • •Review, draft, negotiate, and administer customer and supplier agreements; maintain contract records and key milestones to support contractual oversight.
  • •Provide dedicated Canadian engagement support, including French-language contract work and negotiations, partnering with Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and customer stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to negotiate, draft, review, and manage contracts in both languages.
  • •Experience providing end-to-end contract management support across the contract lifecycle, including review, drafting, negotiation, and administration.
  • •Ability to provide contractual governance and oversight and advise stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Experience managing contractual, financial, operational, and compliance risks to ensure alignment with company policies and contracting principles.
  • •Experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and administering customer and supplier agreements, including SOWs, amendments, renewals, and change orders.
