Fulfillment Team Leader

Lead day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment operations, managing picking, packing, and handover to last-mile delivery to ensure customers receive orders with freshness, quality, and accurate dispatch. Coordinate across store operations, commercial, IT, customer service, and delivery teams. Maintain dark store standards including cold-chain handling and inventory segregation, while driving performance management, attendance monitoring, mentoring, and operational best practices.
