Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners; serve as primary technical liaison and ensure client feedback informs the engineering roadmap.
  • •Drive technical outcomes by understanding system performance, owning the technical narrative through product delivery, and representing the system to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • •Bring clarity from engineering development to operational delivery through sprint planning/execution and on-the-ground support of test events.
  • •Translate program requirements into actionable project plans with milestones; oversee allocation of personnel and resources and lead with data when possible.
  • •Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects across hardware, software, test, and field operations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 4+ years experience as a System engineer in an autonomous systems, robotics, or software development environment.
  • •Proven client-facing technical program management and/or systems engineering experience in defense, national security, or aerospace domains.
  • •Demonstrated experience authoring interface specs (ICDs) that other teams build against.
  • •Experience owning or defending formal requirements/design reviews with a strong root-cause/troubleshooting track record.
  • •Must be able to obtain a minimum Secret Clearance.
