Job Summary

Oversee junior FM engineers and supervisors who maintain and repair building systems, evaluating facility issues and coordinating installation and repair services across departments. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supervise minor repairs, defects, and renovations, and manage on-call maintenance responses to minimize downtime. Conduct inspections and engineering evaluations, maintain maintenance records for audits, enforce PPE and safety protocols, and use ERP (preferably SAP) to support maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee junior FM engineers and supervisors responsible for electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems maintenance and repairs.
•Develop and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs to protect facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
•Supervise minor repairs and defects execution to ensure minimal downtime and efficient resource utilization.
•Execute and oversee renovation projects for existing facilities within timeline and budget constraints.
•Manage on-call maintenance tasks, maintain maintenance records, enforce PPE and safety protocols, and provide site inspections and engineering evaluations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of facilities management engineering experience and ability to oversee complex maintenance activities.
•Minimum 5 years in a managerial role, supervising junior FM engineers and maintenance teams.
•Develop, implement, and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
•Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and best practices for facility and equipment maintenance.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support successful execution of the role.
