Key Responsibilities

•Own RCM end-to-end: be the business owner responsible for the KPIs and health of the function, sustain top 5% outcomes, and grow the RCM team (net collection rate, touchless claim rates, denial rates, days in AR, cost to collect)
•Serve as the product manager behind our AI-native RCM: partner with engineers to continue shipping RCM products and co-author the roadmap
•Design and scale AI-native workflows: across claims management, denial resolution, QA, reconciliation, payment posting, and payer operations
•Build real-time RCM reporting: create dashboards and reporting infrastructure for operational visibility
•Drive revenue operations: own credentialing, enrollment, fee schedule integrity, and payer relationships in partnership with Payer Growth

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of relevant experience in RCM at a digital health company or similar operator role in a tech-enabled RCM company (Medicare/Medicare Advantage a plus)
•Strong product, consulting, or banking background can be a fit
•Customer-obsessed and focused on delivering a 5-star patient experience
•Data-driven operator with comfort in spreadsheets; SQL experience preferred but not required
•Able to ship AI-enabled processes and tooling and operate with founders’ level autonomy
