Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for Ras Al Qila Project 10136 offshore operations, ensuring the efficient movement of personnel, materials, equipment, and supplies to and from project sites. Plan and monitor loading/offloading, arrange transport and vessel requirements, track and expedite deliveries, maintain accurate logistics records and shipping documentation, and liaise with project teams, vendors, and offshore personnel to deliver uninterrupted support while meeting project requirements and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage all logistics activities for the project sites.
•Ensure efficient movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from project locations.
•Plan and monitor loading and offloading activities to ensure safe and timely execution.
•Liaise with project teams, vendors, contractors, transport providers, and offshore personnel to support project requirements.
•Maintain accurate logistics records, inventories, manifests, and transportation/shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with project requirements, company procedures, and HSE standards.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator in onshore, offshore, marine or construction projects.
•Good knowledge of logistics planning, material coordination, and loading/offloading operations.
•Experience coordinating the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to project sites.
•Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with offshore safety standards, HSE requirements, and project compliance procedures.
