Senior AI & data science engineer focused on end-to-end AI/ML solutions within Avanade’s Iberia nearshore hub. Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver end-to-end Data Science and AI solutions from business understanding to deployment and monitoring.
•Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data preprocessing on structured and unstructured data.
•Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models using appropriate algorithms and validation strategies.
•Contribute to Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, and NLP use cases.
•Support client-facing activities by communicating insights and assisting in demos/proposals.

Key Requirements

•Design and deliver end-to-end Data Science and AI solutions spanning business understanding, data exploration, model deployment and monitoring.
•Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data preprocessing on structured and unstructured data.
•Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using appropriate algorithms and validation strategies.
•Contribute to Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and NLP use cases.
•Translate business problems into analytical and ML formulations and clearly communicate trade-offs and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
