Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, review, and assemble new, renewed, and modified commercial loan documents for secured and unsecured products, including commitments and lines of credit.
•Utilize LaserPro to prepare loan documents internally and review attorney-prepared documents prior to funding and boarding.
•Work with loan officers, borrowers, title companies, and/or attorneys in closing and funding of loans.
•Review title policies for accurate legal descriptions, loan amounts, and acceptable exceptions.
•Determine proper loan system coding and board loans on the core system, ensuring daily transactions balance and compliance with OCC rules and regulations.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
•Minimum three years of current loan administration and/or related work experience.
•Knowledge of commercial loan documentation, including legal entities and loan documents such as notes, security instruments, and loan agreements.
•Ability to read, interpret, and respond professionally to internal and external customer correspondence.
•Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (DNA and Nautilus software a plus).
