Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 1–5 Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA engineers in India, including hiring, performance reviews, and career development planning.
•Run and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and ensure accountability across the team.
•Serve as the primary technical bridge between US and India development teams, aligning priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
•Collaborate with Product/Business Systems Analysts, Finance & Revenue Operations, and Sales/GTMs to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
•Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL; own CPQ pricing rules, Billing, and Revenue Cloud implementation.
•Architect and oversee APIs and integrations (MuleSoft, Sage Intacct, DocuSign/Conga) and lead data migration efforts (ETL, mapping, validation).

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience
•3+ years of experience leading a team of Salesforce developers and/or administrators
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
•Proven delivery experience across Sales Cloud, CPQ & Billing, and Revenue Cloud
•Strong architectural and SDLC ownership with experience leading Agile ceremonies
