Key Responsibilities

•Own the acquisition funnel end-to-end, understanding sign-up sources, channel performance, and causes of stalling.
•Amplify what the team builds by turning launches into extended reach without relying only on spend.
•Optimize free-to-paid conversion by identifying upgrade-driving features and building drip, in-product, and lifecycle campaigns.
•Improve landing pages using real data and guidance from SEO and AI recommendations (AEO/GEO).
•Evaluate paid spend, including sponsorships, ads, and events, and double down on what works.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000

•Have owned free-to-paid conversion or lifecycle/activation before.
•Be genuinely analytical and comfortable working with data, funnels, and cohorts.
•Understand how developers think and how to market to them.
•Write clearly and ship fast, using experimentation to learn quickly.
•Have a technical background to make website changes on your own.
