Job Summary

Join ALO in Berlin as an Operations Associate, helping drive store profitability and efficiency. You’ll partner with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to execute inventory, receiving, replenishment, and floor operations, while maintaining visual standards and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
•Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized performance.

Key Requirements

•Inventory management experience with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
•Strong problem-solving skills to investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with leadership to close gaps.
•Experience executing key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
•Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and support cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Cashier) with data-driven insights.
•Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences; high energy and ability to work on a dynamic retail floor.
