Key Responsibilities

•Deliver account-dedicated consulting engagements end to end, working with client teams to gather inputs and analyze data to form conclusions and recommendations.
•Draft engagement design (objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, roles, and responsibilities) and oversee project setup (workplans, interview guides, and client data requirements).
•Develop a fact base through client interviews and analysis of documentation or processes.
•Benchmark client performance using Visa and client data versus industry averages to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
•Collaborate with data science and internal/global teams, then design and present recommendations and support implementation of VCA recommendations or client initiatives.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience with a track record in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
•Japanese at full professional level and business-level English proficiency.
•Ability to handle numerous projects concurrently and deliver results-oriented work.
•Strong client relationship building and communication, including translating analytics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual rigor, including identifying key issues, prioritizing hypotheses, and verifying through analysis and stakeholder engagement.
