Job Summary

Join Thales as a Pre-Sales Consultant IAM supporting Benelux and Nordics. You’ll work with IAM solutions (authentication, access management, CIAM), translate customer needs into real-world configurations, participate in PoCs, and collaborate with regional sales and product teams. Expect 50% travel across Dutch/Flemish and English-speaking territories, hands-on design and technical documentation, and close interaction with C-level and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with regional sales teams to translate customer requirements into IAM solutions.
•Engage in the Proof-of-Concept phase, providing guidance on configuration and customization to meet customer needs.
•Present to both management and technical stakeholders, handling objections and delivering product-focused demonstrations.
•Create technical documents (RFIs, RFPs, proposals) to support sales engagements.
•Interact with hundreds of third-party applications and APIs, contributing to solution design and integration considerations.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Dutch and English.
•Experience with Identity Protection, Authentication & Access Management solutions (Access management, SSO, identity federation, CIAM).
•Skilled in presenting to both management (C-level) and technical personnel with strong verbal and objection-handling abilities.
•Experience authoring product-focused technical documents such as RFIs, RFQs, etc.
•Understanding of cryptography concepts (PKI, digital signatures, certificates, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO, SmartCard) and awareness of Hardware Security Modules.
