Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver IT assurance services by testing and assessing information systems controls for engagements supporting financial statement audits.
  • •Apply knowledge of IT trends and systems processes to identify security and risk management issues and recommend process improvements.
  • •Maintain professionalism with clients, proactively interact with key client management, manage expectations, resolve problems, and meet deadlines.
  • •Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned client operations, processes, and business objectives to apply to engagements.
  • •Participate in recruiting efforts and other business development activities as needed, and meet IT assurance metrics such as billable hours and CPE.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Desire to pursue CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CISM certification.
  • •Some public accounting experience delivering controls-based services, including auditing IT general controls (ITGCs) in support of financial statement audits.
  • •Information security experience or information security training required.
  • •Exceptional client service and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
