Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update inventory records in Costpoint (ERP), including cycle counts and discrepancy reporting.
  • •Count materials, equipment, or supplies in stock and report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
  • •Transfer parts received from Production into inventory and complete parts transfers in Costpoint (ERP).
  • •Issue parts, kits, material, and equipment to Maintenance and other customers, and verify returned kits inventory is accurate.
  • •Stock inventory in designated locations and support kit builds, packouts, and equipment staging for deployments and demo preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of Inventory Clerk experience with ERP experience.
  • •Able to work 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm.
  • •Excellent math and analytical skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and personal accountability.
  • •Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
