Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of data network and ICT solutions under AMC contracts, from implementation to advanced diagnostics and change management.
  • •Implement and coordinate network solution delivery with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to meet design parameters.
  • •Monitor and maintain enterprise-level network hardware and applications at customer premises.
  • •Configure and install routers, Cisco/Aruba wireless controllers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, and apply upgrades (service packs, patches, hotfixes) including security configurations.
  • •Manage break/fix incidents end-to-end, perform preventive maintenance health checks, and execute change management to complete projects on time within scope, cost, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in data networking, routing/switching, infrastructure, Wi‑Fi, and security/firewall solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience installing and supporting switches, wireless controllers, routers, proxy servers, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
  • •Full solutions lifecycle experience from requirements gathering and design through testing, documentation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • •Strong incident and problem management skills with analytical troubleshooting ability.
  • •Deep networking protocol knowledge including IGMP, IPSEC, VRRP, HSRP, STP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS, and the OSI/TCP-IP model.
