Key Responsibilities

  • •Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and KPIs, translating business and manufacturing requirements into execution plans.
  • •Lead cross-functional planning for General Assembly equipment, process development, installation, and integration to support production readiness.
  • •Build and manage program schedules, resource needs, and deliverables with clear accountability across teams.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and integration risks across the program lifecycle.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional decisions across Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Vehicle Integration, NPI, Logistics, Operations Engineering, Procurement, and Quality; monitor budgets and manage change control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of General Assembly engineering, technical program management, or project management experience in an automotive or advanced manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience designing, developing, launching, or integrating General Assembly equipment and processes for brownfield or greenfield programs.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing decisions across engineering, manufacturing, operations, procurement, logistics, quality, and product teams.
  • •Working knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Catia and AutoCAD.
