Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for medium-complex electrical assemblies and product structure under management guidance.
  • •Work with senior NPMEs to implement new product manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies.
  • •Provide DFA/DFAe/DFTp/ITO and operational efficiency feedback during design reviews.
  • •Review E3S schematics and support E3S panel cable routing and 3D cable routing virtual analysis using MLO/DMU.
  • •Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets (OMS) and support change control processes (NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, ESWs), including documenting issues and assisting root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of the Electrical New Product Manufacturing Engineer (NPME) role.
  • •Under guidance, develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for medium-complex assemblies and product structure.
  • •Participate in design reviews and provide feedback across DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO, and operational efficiency to meet cost, quality, and cycle-time goals.
  • •Partner on E3S schematics review and E3S panel cable routing/3D solid model cable routing virtual analysis (including MLO and DMU).
  • •Ability to work in a clean room and use appropriate PPE; may require standing/walking in tight spaces and using hand/power tools.
