Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow written methods and instructions to mix, blend, and compound ingredients in precise amounts for manufacturing.
  • •Monitor process progress by tracking temperature, pressure, visual appearance, and other indicators; communicate changes or discrepancies to the team.
  • •Prepare and label materials, fill out batch sheets with required data, and provide samples of finished product for Quality Assurance testing.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of pipelines, connections, valves, storage, and equipment; perform minor mechanical adjustments and routine preventative maintenance.
  • •Comply with EHS and Quality requirements, participate in training and audits, support spill response as required, and maintain clean work areas and tanks using cleaning agents.
