Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Class I–Class III assessments and avoidance recommendations.
  • •Contribute to heritage/cultural resource investigations in support of client projects, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • •Travel to project sites in Arizona and New Mexico (per diem provided).
  • •Support collection and preparation of digital data for reporting findings.
  • •Assist in completing state IMACS forms and other reporting documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree (MS/MA preferred) in Archaeology, Anthropology, History or related field.
  • •Minimum 1–3 years of professional level experience researching, analyzing, developing and managing archaeological and historic preservation plans, staff and resources.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •Working knowledge of cultural resources and environmental regulations.
