Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing and superior customer service while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds. Cross-train to support sales and service, including outbound calling to identify client needs, offers, and referral opportunities. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs and online/mobile banking, support integrated relationship management (IRM), follow risk controls, and participate in retail leadership routines and product knowledge learning.
