•Ensure consistent application of Group IFRS and Tax Accounting policies for the international real estate portfolio.
•Coordinate and perform Country-by-Country reporting and Tax Transparency Reporting.
•Contribute to the development and standardization of Tax-Reporting processes.
•Oversee quality assurance of external Tax Accounting service providers and steer related projects.
•Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders on all Tax Accounting topics and proactively analyze changes in tax law and accounting standards to implement necessary adjustments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field; Chartered accountant designation is a plus
•6–8 years of relevant experience in Tax Accounting and Reporting, preferably in an international company or real estate context
•Very good written and spoken German and English
•Solid knowledge of accounting for entities under IFRS and HGB and tax rules
•Strong understanding of balance sheet and consolidation topics; proficient with MS Office and SAP ECCS; knowledge of GTC is advantageous
•Independent, structured working style with the ability to manage complex topics autonomously
•Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills; proactive and solution-oriented work approach
