Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct contract strategy and approvals for high-impact facilities projects, including evaluating proposals for cost and overseeing contractor activities.
  • •Participate in contractor selection, contract change negotiations, constructability reviews, and provide management/customer/contractor cost and schedule visibility.
  • •Develop and assemble work packages by collecting and integrating project documents such as work orders, contract requests, drawings, vendor quotes, schedules, and permits.
  • •Coordinate with affected parties to create implementation plans and validate requirements/acceptance criteria for customer requests for construction, rearrangements, moves, and asset acquisition.
  • •Oversee project implementation activities and closeout/records retention to ensure compliance with Boeing and regulatory standards and meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience managing complex integrated schedules or projects.
  • •5+ years of experience managing projects using standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts) and presenting status using charts and slides.
  • •5+ years of experience using project management methodologies to develop plans and manage issues and risks.
  • •5+ years of experience in facilities project management or construction management, including reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • •5+ years of experience communicating across employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
