•Perform accurate diagnostics and complete mechanical and cosmetic repairs on all vehicle systems.
•Inspect vehicles to meet CarMax Quality Standards and complete state inspections when required.
•Manage repair orders with accurate labor, parts, and billing documentation.
•Utilize proprietary and universal software systems for repair processes.
•Maintain a clean, organized workspace per CarMax 5S and EH&S requirements, and provide functional expertise to support store associates and managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29.6 - 44.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Completion of CarMax New Associate Orientation and Kronos Training for hourly associates.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for record-keeping.
•Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
•Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
•Where required by state/local law, maintain ASE certifications for listed areas (A4, A5, A7, A6, A1, A3, A8, A2).
