Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve regulatory and labeling information for Meal Kit and Factor products.
  • •Support Factor labeling updates, ensuring ingredient statements, allergen declarations, Nutrition Facts, claims, and required information are accurate and compliant.
  • •Review Meal Kit menus, recipes, ingredients, and substitutions for regulatory compliance, including time-sensitive changes.
  • •Evaluate products and ingredients against U.S. regulatory requirements and escalate potential compliance risks when appropriate.
  • •Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and provide Thursday–Monday regulatory coverage for urgent menu, labeling, ingredient, and substitution needs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience in food regulatory affairs, food labeling, food safety, or a related field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biological Science, or related preferred (or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •Working knowledge of U.S. FDA and USDA food labeling and regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience reviewing Nutrition Facts panels, ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and food claims for compliance.
  • •Ability to interpret ingredient specifications and regulatory documentation and translate requirements into actionable guidance; strong analytical and communication skills.
