Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-depth market research and customer due diligence to identify demand drivers, stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
  • •Abstract and summarize complex real estate lease agreements and term sheets, and draft preliminary term sheets with proposed business terms.
  • •Prepare investment committee memos covering deal overviews, assumptions, recommendations, and next steps.
  • •Track evolving commercial terms, perform ad hoc financial analyses to support return economics and underwriting, and work with Finance.
  • •Monitor transactions and critical path milestones, report in Weekly Business Review (WBR), and assist with negotiation and documentation of final lease agreements.

Key Requirements
