Job Summary

Build and maintain ServiceNow enablement deliverables that help regional sales, pre-sales, and pursuit teams sell with consistency and speed. Own demo environments (provisioning, refresh, upkeep) and publish guided demo flows. Create and version client pitch decks, industry narratives, sales playbooks, RFP response libraries, and competitive battlecards. Support sales training sessions, coordinate SWAT/Tiger Team pursuit materials, and maintain governance over branding and approved messaging.

Key Responsibilities

•Support regional teams with ServiceNow solution and industry enablement assets such as slides, talk tracks, demo scripts, and reusable content.
•Create, update, and format client pitch decks and industry narratives with version control and consistent messaging.
•Maintain sales playbooks and guidance aligned to GTM priorities, and build an RFP response library to accelerate submissions.
•Coordinate provisioning, refresh, and upkeep of demo environments and publish guided demo flows, guides, screenshots, FAQs, and troubleshooting notes.
•Develop sales training materials, coordinate session logistics, track enablement effectiveness, and support pursuit work by packaging and assembling pursuit-ready materials.

Key Requirements

•Experience in product enablement, pre-sales operations, pursuit/proposal support, marketing operations, or GTM support in a technology or consulting environment.
•Working knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and common demo/pursuit motions (preferred), with ability to learn quickly.
•Strong content production skills (PowerPoint and Word), including building and maintaining client pitch decks, sales playbooks, RFP response libraries, and competitive battlecards.
•Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines, organizing tasks, tracking actions, and following through to completion.
•Detail-oriented quality control and clear written/verbal communication that turns technical inputs into concise, field-ready assets.
