Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale real estate capital projects, including construction, renovations, lab buildouts, and tenant improvements.
  • •Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and reporting; maintain detailed schedules and milestone tracking.
  • •Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility and design through construction, closeout, and occupancy.
  • •Manage budgets through forecasting, cost control, variance tracking, and financial reconciliation across project phases.
  • •Coordinate permitting and regulatory processes, manage vendor contracts/invoices/change orders, and provide status reporting to leadership.

Salary: USD 114,240 - 195,840 annually
