Job Summary

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex real estate capital projects across a global portfolio. Own project plans spanning scope, schedule, budget, and reporting, and oversee the full lifecycle from feasibility and design through construction, closeout, and occupancy. Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, manage risks and critical path activities, and provide executive status updates while partnering with Finance and Real Estate leadership on capital expenditure planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale real estate capital projects, including construction, renovations, lab buildouts, and tenant improvements.
•Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and reporting; maintain detailed schedules and milestone tracking.
•Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility and design through construction, closeout, and occupancy.
•Manage budgets through forecasting, cost control, variance tracking, and financial reconciliation across project phases.
•Coordinate permitting and regulatory processes, manage vendor contracts/invoices/change orders, and provide status reporting to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,240 - 195,840 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience managing complex real estate or construction projects in a corporate or high-tech environment.
•Background delivering global or multi-regional projects across diverse regulatory environments.
•Familiarity with tenant improvement projects and facility buildouts.
•Understanding of construction processes, codes, and design disciplines, including experience with MEP systems or technical infrastructure.
•Proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
