Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle information (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color, options) into AS400 using a handheld/Portable Terminal or via headset.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers and place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
  • •Associate tracker devices to WO# and install or strap trackers as required; tag and key-strap keys including EV and high-dollar vehicles.
  • •Flag “no key” vehicles, direct transporters to correct car drop zones, and report transport damage as needed.
  • •Take digital vehicle images upon receipt and follow all safety and health procedures; assist on sale days driving vehicles through auction sales lanes as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred, or less than 2 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license; ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.

  • •Ability to perform physical tasks including standing/walking and lifting 1–15 pounds.
  • •Vision abilities for close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
