Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of OTC Billing Specialists, setting and monitoring KPI targets.
  • •Oversee end-to-end billing operations by converting sales orders, contracts, and shipping/delivery data into accurate customer invoices.
  • •Review and approve high-value invoices, credit/debit memos, manual adjustments, and cancellations; ensure integration with order management, credit/collections, and cash application.
  • •Act as escalation for complex billing disputes, price discrepancies, and tax issues; help resolve billing-related payment delays and customer invoice queries.
  • •Oversee month-end close for the billing ledger, perform reconciliations between order management and GL, report OTC metrics, and maintain SOX compliance while optimizing billing processes.
