Key Responsibilities

  • •Support pre-sales by analyzing customer inquiries, understanding needs, and offering technical solutions.
  • •Communicate with customers to collect information about processes and applications and use configuring systems to prepare quotations for the sales team.
  • •Prepare technical documents for bidding, clarify technical deviations, and examine technical agreements to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • •Provide technical support to production, purchase, and service departments, including analyzing on-site problems and solving them on time.
  • •Manage special applications (oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical), coordinate internal departments, and handle project scheduling and cross-functional/customer communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in pump & machinery or a related field.
  • •Strong English communication skills.
  • •At least 5 years of working experience in pump products and technical support.
  • •Knowledge of pump types and characteristics to select suitable pumps for operating conditions and applications.
  • •Familiarity with API standards (e.g., API 676) and EN/ISO/ASME standards, plus oil & gas/offshore EPC project experience.
