Key Responsibilities

•Provide a pressure-free ownership experience by explaining the operation, benefits and value of BMW innovations and engineering advantages to guests.
•Assess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize the ownership experience.
•Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies with a focus on customer comfort and retention.
•Acquire and maintain total product knowledge on all vehicles and understand competitors' features and benefits.
•Stay abreast of new products, features and accessories and communicate their benefits to clients.
•Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct additional clinics to teach feature operations.
•Direct customers to additional information resources and deliver a delightful ownership experience.
•Train sales and service staff on key technologies and how to explain/demonstrate them to customers and conduct new-owner clinics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to perform at a minimum volume according to dealership standards.
•All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
•All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
•All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
