Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage design of new and retrofit manufacturing facilities.
  • •Review and drive Mechanical Drawing packages such as HVAC, exhaust, plumbing, chilled water/heating hot water systems, compressed dry air generation and distribution to completion.
  • •Perform and review utility demands for existing and new facilities.
  • •Coordinate between Design and Construction to ensure proper flow of information.
  • •Review / Approve RFIs, submittals, and material submittals.
