Job Summary

Lead global trade compliance for the Customer Service Global Trade (GT) group by running and improving processes that embed international trade law requirements into business operations. Coordinate implementation of RTX and Pratt & Whitney Canada GT requirements, manage the GT focal program, train customer service teams, and support investigations and corrective actions to prevent violations and support voluntary disclosures. Work onsite in Longueuil with cross-functional GT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead compliance and business projects with GT professionals across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.
•Develop and continuously improve GT processes and standard work.
•Coordinate implementation of RTX and Pratt & Whitney Canada GT requirements into Customer Service business processes.
•Train Customer Service personnel on GT requirements and policy/regulatory changes, and reinforce GT awareness across business units.
•Participate in internal investigations related to GT violations and support corrective actions and voluntary disclosures; manage the GT Focal program.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of experience.
•Master’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience.
•Experience in management, engineering, or law.
•Knowledge of SAP, GTS, CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Very good English skills to read/understand documentation and communicate with international customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
