Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the GTM Engineering team and support day-to-day enablement and adoption of what’s built.
  • •Own the automation and AI roadmap for the GTM organization, making opinionated build-vs-buy decisions.
  • •Serve as the subject matter expert on automation and AI within GTM, staying current on new technologies and trends.
  • •Build production-level automations using tools like n8n, and configure appropriate levels of agency for human-in-the-loop.
  • •Ensure solutions are adopted in the field, centralize innovations from the GTM team, document best practices, and improve analytics capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Education or significant practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience leading a team, including comfort managing software engineers.
  • •5+ years in a technical role (e.g., GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations Engineer, Software Engineer) focused on GTM, Sales, or Customer Success systems.
  • •Working fluency with LLM-based systems (prompting, agent design, evaluation) and applied ML concepts like propensity/intent scoring.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions—custom applications, integrations, and advanced automation workflows—in GTM or customer-facing contexts.
